Participation with the Cedar River WAVES is restricted to active members of the Cedar Rapids Aquatics Association 17 years of age and younger on the published cut off date. The fee for this program is $45.00 and includes a WAVES Team T-Shirt. The program fee will be billed to each swimmers family account.
